Hello,
I seen lots of discussion on front skid shocks but dating back 10 years plus.
Does anyone have a good aftermarket alternative to the front skid shock (8FA-47481-00-00 SHOCK ABSORBER 2). I can get a used one for 250 and new for 550.
With the new wow 550 on just one shock for a 15 year old sled and 250 for a 15 year old shock.
I dont have the old one as I trusted a moron on Kijiji to rebuild it, he said it was to messed to rebuild so he pieced me together a butcher of a job on a new one that I cannot even use (pictures attached). ANYWAYS lol
Please advise thanks

have a look on royal distributings site. i know they make a replacement rear main one. a front one from an sx viper will work as well.

I've got an unused proaction skid from my Warrior. If the shocks are the same we could work out a deal if you're interested.Hello,

the front skid shock from al's sled will work in your rx. the rear on a war is longer than on an rx. been there done that.

a new kimpex cheapie is $100 on ebay. kimpex part #301633 royal part #04-461. royal is currently out of stock but you might get lucky at your local aftermarket guy.
