This is what I have; 03 RX1, modded airbox, heavy hitters, stock primary spring, silver secondary, 52/44 helix. Ripsaw track. Ran strong at low end to midrange , till end of season, lost 500 rpms, down to 10,000 rpms. I suspect that is a sagged spring. It only topped at 119 0n speedo. Looking at clutch upgrades, O-S-O spring, 14.5 rollers. I want more top end but looking at gearing. I know alot has been discussed here, will changing top gear only on this work or do both need to be changed? What gears are recommended?

couple of things to check regarding lost rpm. first is coils. remove coils, remove rubber boots top and bottom and clean all carbon soot. second is airbox foam. wash with superclean or other soap to remove belt dust. next check clutch alignment and correct if necessary. the o-s-o spring is a good upgrade as well as the rollers. im not a heavy hitter fan, they are adjustable for a wide range of conditions, but they dont seem to perform well for all out top speed. from reading the posts on here the last few years you will learn lots of tips on clutching. as for gearing, running a 23 top is an easy upgrade, as stock is high for most conditions.
