You aren't going to find a mod that's worth 80 pounds of weight savings but, there are plenty that will add up to 80 lb of weight savings.
Look for posts by Kachess. He has one that goes forever and it has some great ideas.
The big ones are the rear skid, the light pod, the seat, the a few others.
