schmidt brothers exhaust

So finally got to ride my 2013 Nytro xtx , my problem is the single exhaust that i bought new is annoying loud at cruising speed . It is suppose to have the 2 inch quite core in it already but super loud yet . I am pretty sure i have it installed and tightened up correctly .It was so bad i had to stop this weekend when i was out and buy ear plugs cause my ears were ringing . I thought these were relatively quite pipes ? Any help is greatly appreciated .

Call them and send it back.. I have one with dual core and its not that loud.
