Just wondering if anyone has this on a 2011 Nytro xtx. Is the install easy. Will I need a clutch puller. I would appreciate any insight. Thanks

The install is way easy! You will not need a clutch puller for the install. There is a YouTube vid of the guys putting on an ulmer clutch kit you can watch to get familiar with the parts. With the Schmidtbros kit you drill out some weights on the primary arms instead of replacing them.
I love my clutching! Engagement is smooth instead of the jerky stock feeling. Lots of grunt and growl low to mid range, and no loss at all up top.
All of the clutch kits sound good for the nytro but I chose this one for the lower engagement. I have had no complaints at all with the kit or with the service they offer.
Give them a call, they always take the time to talk to you.

Thank for the input. I have the comfort kit already and appreciate the lower engagement. Just looking for a little more pull.

Wish I could tell you. Install was straight forward if you have the right tools. Still waiting for decent snow in VT to try it out. Im headed North in a week so I can report back then.

No puller, you don't pull the primary clutch off, just the cover that holds the spring. You also remove the secondary, but no puller is required for that.

I have the comfort kit and stage II installed by Chris S. for past two years. Great performance. All three rollers got grooves in them from the weights. Chris said that it was possibly an issue with hardening process for the rollers. Rollers have been replaced and I have rode 50 miles on new rollers. Runs strong. I paid $250 to have clutch rebuilt this summer including the new rollers. I guess that is fair $$. Make sure you get good rollers. I'm sure that Chris has assured quality by now. I have almost everything that Schmidt Bros. offers installed on my Nitro including shock rebuild. Good company to work with Chris knows his stuff.

sprintcat, was referring the right tools for drilling out the heel and tip weights in the primary. My father has a drill press which made life much easier.
