SD26 on BTX

Next question any one know where find the info to test the boost sensor and the related solenoids or a shop manual?
If you become a lifetime member on TY it’s free on here I believe. Otherwise I would think the manual is online somewhere for a fee.

Is it possible there is moisture or oil in the small vacuum line that goes to this sensor.
If your sled is in a heated garage and you take it out, does it still have the error code?
Oh, and how are the trails at the Kap? great I would think.
I love those trails up there. These Turbos can really stretch their legs on Kap trails and leave the two strokes way behind, and kinda cranky.

Just a thought here.....I wonder if you have picked up water/moisture in the intercooler? Playing in snow, moisture gets inhaled and sometimes pools in the bottom of the intercooler. This moisture can wreak havoc on that sensor.

Remove intercooler and check for water.

I put it in the heated garage for a week, it still had error when it is taken out. I’m haven’t had time but I will try pulling the intercooler out too. I do 50/50 on trail off trail so I could of picked up some moisture. The trails here are awesome if I wasn’t paranoid about my code be even better lol

So I went to my dealer to price new boost sensor he wanted $400. I wanted to double check everything before I pulled the trigger on it. I pulled all sensors, cleaned all boost lines, and checked sensor routing. I also pulled the inter cooler and fleecer was correct it had water in the bottom of it so drained that. Put it all back together pressure tested all good. Warmed it up with the code present. Took for test ride and code cleared with 2km. I won’t have time till till weekend to take for really good run but I’m pretty sure it will remain off. Thank you all for the help.

Just got back from Quebec yesterday. Was there since Saturday, 900 miles is 4 days. Started out Sunday at St Raymond and cut trail in minimum 8 inches of fresh powder up to 16 inches of powder. With 9 other sleds so followed also. LOTS of snow dust and ended up getting a ski off trail and sucked into a deep ditch of 6 feet of snow. Didn't think we were gonna get it out but did after some work. In hindsight, should have pulled panels and hood to clean out all the snow pushed in. Next day in afternoon, started getting the SD-26 code. shut it off and went away, but when I hit it hard to get turbo boost, code came back to knew it had something to do with intake. read on forums maybe loose hose clamp on intake tube somewhere, maybe to turbo ? next morning which was fresh groomed mint trails, unfortunately had to send the crew off without me while I rode to dealer Jonquierre area where we were staying. Its actually Evasion Sport in Lagterriere and I want to give them THE BIGGEST SHOUTOUT POSSIBLE ! They got me in within 15 minutes and brought me back to show me the all the water sitting in the intake bottom where you pull the foam air filter off. sled was absolutely caked with ice inside all over. I chipped away a lot of it while they cleaned out the foam filter and got all the water out and ran a warm hose and got all the ice. They are an AWESOME dealer if you ever need anything and only charged me for an hour of work which was WELL worth it ! All I needed was a warm garage and tools and I could have done myself but they saved my next 2 days and I never got the code again. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ALL THE WATER IS OUT OF THE INTAKE AREAS ! Of course, the next morning, I get the crank but no start crap which all my Ski Doo buddies loved seeing me pull side panels and hood off to get to main and fuel relays to bring inside and warm up lol ! :-) had the SD-43 code but once relays were warm, started right up and behaved next 2 days. sorry to be long winded but the SD-26 code was actually correct, didn't like all the moisture. so thankful to EVASION for getting me back on the awesome trails ! :-)
