Sea foam products are available at Piston Ring outlets(at least at Wall St) in Wpg & some of their other rural outlets as well.

About the availability in Canada... I checked with a Napa in Toronto - they do NOT carry it, so they tried to sell me this oil coagulating crap thats *guaranteed* to gum up in the rings (making everything worse), AND make the starter slip.

There's a few tricks to getting stuff through customs;
1) include receipt and pay duty. Everything will go through unless its drugs or firearms.
2) stamp *gift* on it. They might still try to go into it, so double box it with the inside gift wrapped - use kiddy wrapping paper and put on a card that says "to Joey from Uncle Frank".
3) return it with faked warranty invoice and say *warranty replacement to customer* on the box.
For #3 its almost guaranteed to get opened. For #2, it'll still get x-rayed, so still no guns or drugs.

These guys carry Seaf Foam and ship to Canada, but I'm not sure if there are any restrictions on chemicals going over the border.

LOL.
CARB CLEANER - the spray kind. That stuff really is lethal and WILL dissolve carbon, BUT BEWARE, it will melt the rubber diaphram on the slides, so make sure its hosed in BEYOND the slides.
A couple of cans should do.... hose a half a can into each cylinder with the motor running with throttle at least a whole bunch open...
Maybe through the vacuum check nibs in order to keep the motor running instead of trying to run it with the airbox open.

Thanks for the tip, we deal with these guys and they have it so getting it will be a snap. 
As for the napa store not only didn't they have it , but if i was to get the part # they were not even willing to bring it in for me!
