Seat Repair

Just bought another '03 RX-1 from a member of this forum (thanks jaykato) and it has a rip in the seat... it's not really something I want to ignore so that it doesn't get worse. Any suggestions for seat repair? It's down on the side of the seat, probably 2-3 inches or so...

I had the same situation. I took the seat to a local Upholstery shop. They replaced the side panels and re-stapled the seat for 50.00 and it looks better than new!

Interesting. I just copleted the exact same repairs as SledHedz and it too was $50.00! Nice job too!

check to see if it has been replaced under warranty . I guess it depends where it is ripped .
There was a problem with a rivit in the wrong place and it tore the seats . If it is from that and hasnt been replaced they should do it for you
