Has anyone used a white/pink spring in their sled. My clutch kit came with one and the said to install it 3&1 which I did, I could hardly get the helix on due to so much tension. I have awesome power but lost some top end. I am wondering if I may have to much tension.

whos clutch kit is it? I thought the Yamaha white was the stiffest Yamaha spring and the nytro with exhaust and things run it at 70 wrap I have used a white at 60 on a stocker with the right helix

It's a speedwerx clutch kit with dalton adjustable weights. It works great but lost some top end. I thought the spring may have been to stiff. It took me and a buddy to get it on at their recommended 3&1 setting. When you say 60 degree is that hole 3&3

They would not give me the angle, I asked twice they said they don't give that out. I said that was it for them getting my business. I did try a 8dn yamaha belt and seemed to give me more top end and cooler clutches
