secondary slop

I have a 2004 warrior and i have some good slop in my secondary is it because of the revers

If it is from front to back yes it is because of the reverse,I would still check the chain tention.

Mine moves almost 1/4 turn front to back and my chain is good and tight. Its most likely from the reverse, but it wouldnt hurt to check your chain tension....
