The TPI orange is ( as related to the Dalton comparison chart)
-torsion 13 kg
-number of coils 4.5
-wire dia. 5.7mm
-free length 93mm
-compression load 64mm= 29 kg
-compression load 49mm= 41kg
-compression load 39mm= 55kg
Is Cat yellow softer or stiffer than TP orange? Anyone know the torsion and compression related to the Dalton chart?

Cat yellow is softer and I believe the tangs are not in the same position.

Tangs are 180 degrees different. Hole 0 in helix with cat yellow is like a wrap to hole 6 with Yamaha spring.
