My belt is sitting too low in the secondary according to the manual. Says to use a spacer to raise it.
Well Yamaha wants 2.33 each little washer.
Is there an alternative much cheaper that I can get from the hardware store?
I just don't have one in hand to compare. Anyone know the size?
Thanks... Casey

You can certainly use washers from the hardware store. You will need three with the exact same thickness. I suspect that the OEM washers are held to a tighter dimensional tolerance. I have obtained an assortment of different thicknesses so that I can fine tune my secondary clutch width.
Size?? If I remember correct, the OEM's are 1.0 mm or 0.5 mm.( 2 sizes). Someone will correct me if I am wrong

i used hardware store ones. just check the thickness with a vernier caliper and use 3 that are close. you even sand one side down so all 3 are the same. been doing that a while now without trouble.

You are 100% correct. The 0.5 mm washer is p/n 90201-061H1-00 and the 1.0 mm washer is p/n 90201-06431-00
