Anyone know what the flashing '85' refers to on my 07 Phazer's self-diagnosis of the electrical system?
Thanks for any help...

Code 85 is an open circuit on your oil pressure switch. The plug has probably come loose on the top of the oil pressure switch. Mine came loose when I changed my oil filter for the first time. The switch is located right beside the filter and can get knocked loose when you try to loosen the filter. You have to pull your airbox to get at it.

Yup, that was the problem - in fact the wire on the oil pressure sensor had been severed somehow. Strange... Thanks for the help.

My wire was damaged when the dealer did the 500 mile service and they hit it with a wrench removing the oil filter.

My father's Phazer FX has gotten this error the past two times we've brought our sleds in for servicing.
