I couldn't find what I needed in there. I just need to know how to use the gauge on the adjustment tool. Does "min" on the gauge give minimum transfer? How do I use the measurements on the tool.

Yes you are right, Min means min transfer and Max means Max transfer.

Measures the distance between the two nuts. wrench fits on one of them. Book shows a pic I think, sorry at work and don't have access to it right now.
