Shane Playfair(snowfix) is a real stand up guy!

I purchased a used header from him and when I got it, it turned out to be cracked. The crack was missed by him(and me at first). I just sent him an email letting him know that I got it and that I was going to have it welded by a friend. Anyway, he called me back immediately and offered to give me my money back or refund some of the money for it. I still want the header and the price was good to start with and I don't have a problem with having it rewelded. Anyway, even though I told not to worry about refunding any money, he sent back a significant portion of the money. That is a standup guy in my book. Thank you Shane!
