Sharpening carbide studs

I'm considering sharpening my Roetin Hornets. Anybody know what is the easiest way to do this? Does it decrease the studs ability to hold in the carbide tip at all? Also thinking about substituting some Skorpions in the center also. Thanks

I know you can sharpen carbide runners but I do believe something called a "Green" stone??
