What is the correct shift rpm for a stock nytro, what should I see the tach do on launch from a dead stop?

With a rubber unstudded track on snow I got best performance coming out at 8,000 rpm & climbing to 9,000 rpm. Stock clutching won,t do this with out a lot of tweaks & changes.
