shock mode 0n 2007 apex gt

hi i live in woodstock n.b. and i have a2007 apex gt and cant get it to go into shock on the dash with mode button and when you turn the key on it shows the shock mode icon on the dash when it goes through the icons so i cant adjust the shock not showing no codes any ideas,

If it doesn't show up on dash chances are the wire is broken on the shock.
