Shock rebuild near Syracuse ny

I’m looking for someone to rebuild the qs3 center shock off my ltx le. It has moisture in it and froze. Even just a fluid change, it is still charged. I know everyone busy but would like to find someone to do it today and don’t mind driving and paying top dollar. I had today and tomorrow to ride and leaving out of town Wednesday so my riding is shot. Thanks boys.

I said screw it, I brought it home dethawed it and packed a propane torch in case it freezes again. The seasons too short
