Did a search and didnt really see what I was looking for so Ill ask. 2017 sidewinder with TD power trail SM 250 tune. I would like to read boost pressure on the fly and was wondering if someone has a pic of their mount of the gauge. I could have my gauges setup from TD {300.00?} but was trying not to spend that kind of money just for a boost reading,or maybe they had to include it in the eCU flash,,not sure how that works.. Didnt know if someone made a bracket specificlly for the sidewinder above the factory gauge or something. Thanks

Plenty of ~2" boost gages that come with a pedestal mount that will fit right above your factory cluster. Just need a compression type connection fitting near the main hood plug so you can still remove hood.
The pic isn't a boost gage (mine is available on cluster) but it gives you the idea.

If you’re flashed turn the key on and select engine hours on the display. Once the sled is started it will show boost numbers instead of engine hours.

An analog gauge would be fine by me. So I sent my ecu to TD for their power trail 250 tune which I've been using this season. Are you saying I now have a boost readout? When you turn my key on it doesn't say turbo dynamics like some others I've seen. Just stock read out when key first turned on.If you’re flashed turn the key on and select engine hours on the display. Once the sled is started it will show boost numbers instead of engine hours.

I am almost certain both TD and Hurricane have the option with any flash to have a small boost number when engine hours are selected before startup. I am 100% certain it works on Hurricane flashes.

TD’s first year flashes back in 2017 or was it 2018, didn’t have that or Knock light.I am almost certain both TD and Hurricane have the option with any flash to have a small boost number when engine hours are selected before startup. I am 100% certain it works on Hurricane flashes.
But yeah since then both TD & Hurricane tunes, even single tunes now have that Boost read out by choosing the Hour gauge on your pod.

Well I guess I'll have to check that out on my stock gauges. I thought you had to pay extra for boost #'s ,etc. I guess I can shoot TD a message and ask them.

I have the ms17 TD tune on a 18 tcat and it does show boost when the hr meter is selected on the gauge Kinda small to read but does work. Dash flash is nice because it has a larger readout but I think u have to have a multi map tune. I liked the analog gauge I had on my 2012 procross

With key on I have 186 hours. Running on trailer I have. 0 to .1 idling. Blip it to 3000 it goes to .4 and then back to .1 idling. Seem to be working boost gauge?

Here are pictures of the boost gauge I mounted to the handlebar. Much easier for me to read. Thinking of installing a temp gauge on the other side.

So we went out today,,,160 miles.Mid 30s and snow was a bit loose. I like the boost gauge,,,its doable so I probably wont add another one,,,thanks for letting me know. Got out on the lake,,traction wasnt spectacular but went 115 gps. actually 2 gps's. Boost gauge sat at 15.3 area at 8950 to 9000 rpms. The powertrail is supposed to be 14.7 psi but I dont know how accurate the boost readout is. With tighter snow and some lower temps Im sure top end would be faster. Whats expected for top mph out of my setup? My previous bone stock 07 apex did 109.5 mph under ideal conditions but if the air was warm or loose snow the mph would drop off alot.
Thanks for the different pics of boost gauges.
