Sure riding is better than keyboarding but if you love sleds Sidewinders and mountain riding check this guy out. https://www.youtube.com/@Janzkak. We started backcountry riding back in 2021 and seeing this guy handle his MTX in those conditions is remarkable to me. Makes me consider a BTX conversion and mountain front end for mine. Although the rentals have served me well for the past few seasons.

I've ridden with him at Riksgränsen both with the Sidewinder and the Mountain Max. But handling a tuned MTX in deep powder is easier than you think, you just need the right technique. I'm not gonna go 2-stroke because I can handle an MTX. But nobody handles one better than he does!

I believe you because I have ridden tuned and n/a Doos and Poos but i consider my Winder pretty fricken heavy and when you're stuck the weight makes a difference. Jan doesn't seem to get stuck much!I've ridden with him at Riksgränsen both with the Sidewinder and the Mountain Max.
