I remember reading on here somewhere about adjusting Simmons skis with a bushing or something to help with carbide wear. I can't find the post though. I am wearing out the fronts of my carbides on my 2003 TRX-1. The skis need to be tipped back a little to get them to sit flat.
Pics of this mod would help.
Thanks,
Lance

I havent experienced this with my simmons on my 04 warrior. Hope you can find a cure. On another note... have you guys used the "cooling fins" for these skis?

Yes, I had the cooling fins on my 05 RX-1. They divert snow back into your track and help with hyfax wear.

The cooling fins help, but how much is still a question. I don't have any data, e.g. hyfax with fins versus without, but people riding behind me said they were kicking up extra snow into my tunnel.
