I need some pics of what to turn and where to adjust toe in/out alignment

I don't have pics, but I can describe for you...

The tie rods are threaded, if you loosen the locknuts on both ends, you can turn the tie rod to adjust in or out. Note; the outside end is easily accessible from outside, but you need to remove a whole bunch of junk on the inside and dig down to the bottom to access the other end.

I don't have to get to the inside though do I??

Like LB said; you need to loosen the lock nuts at both ends of the tie rods.
Or remove the outer tie rod end, rotate it in the adjusting sleeve, then reinstall. Pretty tedious, and you have to adjust in full turn increments.
Not the proper way to do it.

So you are saying I do have to get to the inside? Yes or no? This is killing me I know here to loosen it on theout side and all I am just not sure if you guy's are saying I HAVE to get to the inside ones also.

The inside locknut is under the rubber boot.

To do the job properly, you need to loosen both inner and outer locknuts, then turn the tierod sleeve(internally threaded tube) to move the ski tip in or out.
Then re-lock the locknuts.
You need to do both sides, to keep the alignment straight with the handlebars.
