In order to do a proper ski alignment you have to losen both bolts (ski side and also the bolt that's inside the sled belly area? and in order to get to the inside bolt do you guys take the battery right out?.... seams like a pain in the #$%&* just to get to the inside bolts to make such a small adjustment. Am I missing something here?

I checked the ski alignment on my curve skis and noticed they are off a little. Acording to my Curve manual both skis were off a little and guessing this is also relted to some of my heavy stearing that I've been having.

Is there an easier way to adjust the skis or do I really have to gut the front of the sled to get to the inside bolt?

I've never had any problem getting to the inner locking nut. Just turn the bars all the way to the right and go to the left front ski. Pull back the rubber boot on the adjustment bar and the inner locking nut is right there. Opposite for the other side.

Thanks man. I'll definitely give this a shot tomorrow. I need to get my heavy steering fixed and I know my ski alignment is off at least a little. Sled corners like its on razors but there's so much ski pressure that my muscles are sore by end of the day. Today we rode 180 miles and I'm so sore my muscles are twitching and my upper back/shoulders are burning.
