Has anyone put in ski shims, on there skis????? If you have ,are you still turning the rubber around, or are you leaving it the factory way?? Not sure what way to turn it..... Thanks

I run shims on my XTX... left the rubber alone, and put a 1/4" shim near the back/rear edge of the rubber. Helped A LOT on the trail skis. After I switched to mountain skis I left the shim out because most of my riding is off trail.

I left the rubbers alone. Bought Bergstrom triple points and he sends for free shims and ski savers. Sled doesn't dart and handles great now. Also, have 4200 miles on the triple points and still going. Check out his website - it has some good info.
