Here you go...As it will go onto the sled...except, I am going to add one little touch...it will show when the sled is finished...and I think a LOT of people will want that final touch... :)

The lighting is terrible, but it will look really nice with teh Red underneath in sunlight...Should be fun...

Here is the one that I was NOT going to post, but I finished it, and really liked it...

Here is the optional Headlight Delete, so that you can eliminate the heavy light, and slap in a couple PIAA lights...will shave a couple pounds...but makes for a nicer sleek look, IMHO...

I thought that was an option from Skinz? For the headlight hole?

Really it should be built from Skinz with that.. Use a mesh that will work over the headlight (heat shouldn't be too big of an issue)..easy cheasy.

Works for everyone w/o having to add $$$ in for extra this extra that.

Looks good tho.
Have any weight comparisons?

Let us know how it works in the real world. Keep the snow out? Handle branches, rolls, etc..

They offered it, it is the first one of its kind...no idea if they will charge more for it or not...they asked me to try it and see if I liked it...I like it better with the mesh and will allow me to delete the heavy light

rode with this mesh on one of their sleds last year, and they asked me to try and get holes in the sides (was the new side panels on the XP's they are marketing) and I hit more trees and rubbed more branches and in general smashed myself up...never caused an issue at ALL in the mesh...

it is pretty tough stuff...and I love the windshield, soft, and flexible, yet ridgid to keep its shape...

will get some pics of it mounted as soon as sled is all back together...

Patience Grasshopper...the sled is still apart...working on the parts to put back on...just awaiting the Timbersled rails (174") they are getting powdercoated right now...shoudl ahve them mid week...
