Backing sled into garage last night this happened..it's supposed to be straight correct? (jk)

Anyways, planning on going out tomorrow so need to fix fast. Think I should bend back to straight-ish with my bench vice and reinstall?

I have dual runners on each ski and this was the inner clutch side runner.

forget it. got it straightened out as much as I could and its a little wonky, and likely wont line up for the studs to fit through the ski. New question: Am I fine to run with only 1 runner on the left ski (meaning will it make the steering "off") or should I run out tomorrow and just replace this single fubarred runner?

Replace both!!!!!

You can straighten and ride in a pinch, with hammer and vice have been able in past to get through the ski holes. I would replace as soon as you are able

Ok thanks . Maybe I'll I just reolace both tomorrow but that said no reason to replace all 4 if I don't need to right ?

correct. I would not run it without one even if it steers fine that bar serves two purposes one is steering the other is a wear bar to prevent the ski from getting ground down.

Picked up 2 new carbides this morning. Just going to put the 2 new ones on the inside of each ski and leave the 2 good older ones on the outsides. Should be good to go with that plan.

Now you have 1 spare!!

Yep.

I always overthink everything, but no issues with the 2 outside runners/carbides being different with the 2 insides right?... As long as it's symmetrical I assume.

Correct, you just want matching pairs on the opposite side. Ex. 4-6-6-4
