But those enticers are horrible in even 8" of fresh snow (JMHO)

rookie. LaLaLa

i learned on a 78 et250 and many times was making trail in over 12" of fresh snow. most of the time i was the one who opend the trail and the snow was over the headlight most of the time

I have never actually drove one but thats just what I seen other people like. They are a bit low in the rear but I gusse its more the driver then the sled. I know what ya mean about breaking the trail though, same thing on the old 83 Bravo short track I had (101"? or what ever the shortest was, can't remember) Once she gets on "plain" look out!

My point is, you get so much more sled for the money with an older Enticer than an inflated overpriced SnoScoot. I'm sure they're great for tooling around the yard, but for a significantly less amount of money, you can find a great kids sled that will run circles around the Scoots. We're talking $1200 to $1500 for a Scoot (maybe more) compared to $300 to $500 for a mint Enticer (and they're out there). Parts are much easier to find, also.

Sorry, I'm just not buying the craze for the SnoScoots that seem to have overtaken the country. To me, it's like a Beanie Baby fad.

Sorry I dont mean to drag this out :tg: , I think the Enticers are awsome sleds. If I didnt find the Sno-Scoot , I would deffinitly have tried to find one.
Other than top speed, I dont believe the Enticer offers anything over the Scoot ,especially when it comes to the fun factor. OK, OK maybe wind protection. But I installed an ATV sheild.lol
Jack_shaft had a chance to buy the Scoot for 800cnd which is like $650 US, so the investment would have been comparable.
So far Parts havent been an issue for me, straight from the dealer , rear tail light, front bumper and side covers.
I will Agree to Disagree, respectfully. ;)!

I still want to find a Scoot, but for now I've got my custom Bravo, Plus the Bravo is a good sled for all of my buddies leftover F-7 parts

Ha! Looks familiar Jockey! (except for the flap)

200 bucks purchase price, engine mounts from the dealer, and windshield, nosecone, bumper and Vmax graphics from eBay and my son is STYLIN!

i think they where 116" or at least the enticers where. at least you could throw around the et 250/300 fairly easy. we still have an 78et340 at home and it is a pig compared to the et 250. the et340t's where better in the snow with the 136" track but where under powered for the weight they where haulin around. i still have my enticer II whitch was a big sled in my family till we got into sxr's and viper's.

I guess I have to go with the Bravo, we had one it went through the two boys I don't know how many trees. You could ride all day on one tank of gas and offered a lot of wind protection. Years later I fiberglassed it all back togeather put a coat of lemon pledge on it and sold it for more than I paid.
