It would make sense for the factory to install the Retrax on prototypes. Easier mobility for photoshoots and demos.

Doesn't really say that much. Just that he won the pro 800 class in front of a 2500 people audience. And of course some classic comments from the readers below, like

Anyone know where to find pics of these race teams using the Yamaha 4-strokes? Thought there were some posted that had pics with a group around the sleds, just can't locate them.

The pics that Indy posted are from the Yamaha sno-x Vector that was raced this past winter in Japan.
There used to be a link to the Club Yamaha sno-x team on Yamaha-motor.jp. Not sure if its still there...

if you have mozilla there is a language tool under tools which will translate some of it. to the left there is more info on the team and so.

I emailed WSA & they just emailed me back & said they are working on changes to get Yamaha back into SNO-X!!!

My dealer rep said it was supposed to debut at a sno-x event in Barrie in early April, but I'm not sure if it did appear there or not, but he showed those pics on his laptop and said it was coming for next year.
