powder muncher

That nose piece always gets bent when it ices up.
I removed the hinge completely made it a lift of hood and put some foam tape on the metal nose piece 0 problems with powder.
Also is a few pounds lighter-minus Hinge and -minus headlight -----Lead dog headlight provides great lighting when needed
All it took is a couple old Phazer hood straps to hold down the front.
Airfilter doesn't ice up no matter what----------

That's weird Pete! I have the exact same machine and I never have that problem.

Same problem here!
I have the same problem here but just have not gotten to fixing it or finding a way how yet. Later
