I just had a benber turbo arrive thursday evening. friday i was instaling it and in the mourning ups shows up with a couple of boxs marked next day air from bender. turned out to be some rubber adapters that go from the air exchanger to the charge tube. well i got to two sets of them in two seperate boxes. Well i relised that i was missing them along with the fittings for the oil pump and some other basic stuff.
Any way i called bender and told them that i had gotten extra parts and they relised that they sent the adapters to the wrong guy. They were to call me back and have me ship them next day air to the person that needed them. but never did call. so if any one here is missing them let me no and i will ship them to u!
Well unfortunatly i will not be able to run mine today or tommorw as i'm leaving on vac. to MX. Bender was good about it and said they would gladly ship saturday next day for me but since i am leaving i told them not to.
I will have to say they need to get a better person in charge of packaging there turbos. Two of my buds who received them all had missing parts also. Its had to know if parts are missing because they really don't give a good break down of what parts are to be in the box. There instructions a not really the best neither. But i have seen worst!

Years ago, I got SRX light weight front end parts that I did not order. This happened 2 years in a row. Then I ordered some wheels that I needed for a trip to Canada. When they did not come, I called and found out they were on back order. They did not tell me that when I ordred them.
I complained, and Terry Paign (sp), who runs Bender now, got on the phone. I told him about my previous experience, and suggested that they have a problem in their parts department. He would admit no fault, and was very rude, considering I was nice enough to send the wrong parts back twice. In my opinion, he is a jerk, and it looks like their parts department isn't any better.
I had an SRX back then, and wish I would have kept the parts, after hearing what his attitude was.
