South East Michigan/ Lake Erie TY June campout June 11-12

Who is interested in a June campout about 20 minutes south of Detroit? http://riverraisinmarina.com/ Ty's very own Rockmeister is the manager of the river Raisin Marina and campground and has offered to have a TY campout at his campground!
We are thinking about a June date since we have a TY campout in July and one in August already. Then it's Haydays in Sept. and then on to the snowshows in Oct. and Nov.
what do you guys think? Anyone interested? Great opprotunity for Ohio,Indiana,Michigan, Ontario/ East coast members to come on out for a summertime TY get together!
 

June TY Michigan get together.

Can have us all set up for RV campsites (just need a rough idea how many) & Tent campsites.
Have full Power & Sewer hookups for RVs (&Tents), we also have nice modern baths & showers.
Also can set-up docks for boats, need rough idea how many also.
Full power, water & pump-out for boats.

I will set-up an entire area just for us, in the Marina & Campground, we will simply take over one end of it, lol.

Can also line up boat space/rides for peeps without boats themselves.

Drinking is not a problem at all.
The Manager, & Owner, will both be involved in the party... Lol

TYers can bring Boats, RVs, Jet-skis etc.
Nice Boat ramp & deep water on premises.
(Like I mentioned prior, I can set-up boat space & we have a couple Jet-skis & paddle-boats, canoes, etc, available here.)

We are in SE Michigan.
Less than 20 minutes South of Detroit.
15 Minutes North of Ohio.
2 hours from Indiana.
5 hours from Western New York & Pennsylvania.

River Raisin Marina & Campground

Exit 14 (Elm Ave) on Interstate 75, turn Left (East), we are 1/4 mile down on the Right.
(Very fast, easy to find & get to.)

We will probably spend most of our time at The Hotspot, the water is 90-95 degrees year round(never freezes).
It is a major party spot, only access is by boat, makes it pretty exclusive. : ) :-o
Standing or floating on the sandbar, drinking & playing Frisbee, football, etc, life is tough... lol
Will have an afternoon cookout on the beach.
Drinking is enjoyed & even encouraged lol. :drink:

At night, we can head back to the Campground, camp on the beach, or pick a bar & dock at it. lol

There are also plenty of low cost motels nearby if needed.

Yes if you look east down the river you can see the 7 million gallon tanks (all 8 of them).

Have locked in a rate of $15 a night for tent camping without electric, $20 with electric for TYers.

Pretty cost effective for us. ;)!
