Spark plugs upgrade?? Does it really help? Nitro XTX

Should I upgrade my spark plugs for my Nitro XTX and Phazer MTX? Both are 09'. I heard a lot about the E3 DiamondFire spark plugs and was wondering if anyone has done this, and if so, did it help? And, what are the spark plug #'s for the two sleds?
