The guys from Porty hooked me up with a new bearing for the Speedo side and bushings for the '05 skid. I'm unable to find directions on how to replace the bearing on the speedo side, if someone is aware of a link, I would greatly appreciate it

Loosen up the track, remove side cover, remove speedometer pick up(gear looking thing on end of shaft 14mm)remove nuts that hold on flange and speed sensor, loosen two torx bit set screws that hold locking collar(T15 I believe located in side of tunnel on shaft between tunnel and drives)youll have to rotate the drives more than likely to find the set screws then slide old bearing out.

Perform the following:
1. Remove the left side panel
2. Remove secondary clutch
3. Remove bolt that holds speedometer gear on
4. Remove the support plate nuts
5. On the back side of the tunnel you will find 2 tork drive allen screws #15?, that need to be loosen that hold the inner bearing race to the axle shaft
6. Tap the bearing and it should slide off the shaft toward the left side of the sled
Reverse procedure to install.
Good luck!

Is the secondary clutch difficult to remove?

oak hill, yes Ive done the same thing as well.
Secondary is very easy to remove, you dont have to remove it though but if you were doing it on the floor it would make it easyier to see.I do mine by lifting the rear of the sled with a electric hoist from the ceiling works great for changing track as well..
