staging area in temagami or marten river ?

anyone help me with a decent staging area in temagami or marten river ?
problem is i do not plan to stay overnight, want to drop & go !

also, how are the conditions from temagami to cochrane ?
anyone run temagami to cochrane in 1 day, do you know the kms ?

I GUESS I'M SURE U COULD DROP AT THE ROCK PINE IN MARTEN RIVER? HAVE BREAKFAST THERE AND TELL THE OWNER THAT YOU PLAN ON LEAVING YOUR TRUCK/TRAILER !! RIGHT ON HIGHWAY 11, THE TRAIL IS RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD!!! NOT SURE ABOUT COCHRANE BUT SEEMS QUITE THE HIKE FOR ONE DAY! NEVER TRIED IT THOUGH, GOOD LUCK! HAVENT BEEN UP THERE THIS YEAR, BEEN IN SCHOOL !! GOOD LUCK

ended up droppping in temagami. left at "dads" restraunt & large parking lot over the tracks.
465 kms from temagami to cochrane via elk lake, took 7 hrs each way.
trails were incredible !
