"STARTED BURNING OIL"

I started burning oil when I installed ECP filters or it just happened to start at the same time! I have 3400 miles on now. I have burned 3 quarts in the 1200 miles with filters! Before that I burned less than a 1/4 of a quart in 2200 miles! I also am one of the top end losers!!

Anyone have any answers to what is going on?

I'm certainly no expert, but I'd try putting the airbox back on and seeing what happens.

I was on a 1250 mile trip when this all started , so I had no choice but to ride!

I just thought if it was a easy fix I'd do that!

I don't think the fix is that easy. I am just hoping it isn't the rings.

Mine is doing the same with the filters.

Try the EVAC kit!

I think it is carbon in the rings . how far can the RX1 be leaned down to get rid of the black plugs .
