Steering in my 05 is tight. Is there a certain spot that always requires greasing or a common area that tightens up in the steering components?

I have an 03....assuming that they are similar, I doubt there would be something that would get tight by its self...Get your front end off the ground and start checking….I would just start at the handlebars and carefully inspect each joint ....make sure there aren’t any cables or wires rubbing.....Did you possible hit something that could have caused some damage or bent something?? Ah….. This may sound silly…but did you just add some big honking carbides…JD

Pull apart the steering rod that runs down the side of the sled. The bushings, especially the one toward the back of the machine, get dry. Its a pain to pull apart, but I bet that's your problem. Its common.
