That's a 136" track, right?
If so then it has 54 pitches which means 3 sets of 18. I would do something like 3-3-2 (3x18 + 3x18 + 2x18 = 144) or 4-2-2 in a V-style. This is assuming you want to do singles and not doubles although you could do the 4-2-2 with doubles.
Here's my setup but it's only a 121" track.
In the link posted above (http://www.totallyamaha.com/snowmobiles/aaTECH/Stud Patterns/Stud Patterns.htm) the bottom two patterns are 144 studs but for a 121" track and not a 136".
