Is there anything that can fix a track were studs have pulled through? If so has anyone tried it and how has it worked?

there is a guy here in orillia that does it, central ontario track repair. i had some lugs repaired on a ripsaw. it took me 3 times around the track to find where it was repaired. supposedly when his system is used, you can even re-stud where the pull through was. should be someone in your area that does it as well.
track lasted all last season on sappling killers sled but he killed it by spinning it on a rock during a hill climb. replaced paddle still is good, just trashed the rest of the lugs.
