Checking for recommendations on studding for my '07 RTX. Pioneer rear susp. revalve, Ulmer Stage 2 clutch kit, air box mod, and CR10EK's. It's time for some traction. I don't want to go too crazy as I want to keep the track rotating mass to a minimum/maintain top speed. Also, if possible I want to avoid any contact with the tunnel. I've read 1.325" are probably maximum height? I'd like to hear from RTX owners if there are any travel dynamic/clearance differences in the tunnel between the Proactive CK and Mono. Thanks.

I wouldnt even consider under 144, and thats pushing it. On my rtx, I have well over 200, but thats when you start to get a pretty agressive style. But my recomondation would be around the 144 mark. Not to aggressive, helps cornering, braking and accelerating, it would likely work well for you.

I run 144 woody stainless on my apex all down the middle. 1.325" . I've had no pullouts or bends 2600 miles. You will get a few scratches on the exhaust but this is normal.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll go with the stainless. Strength, plus I can't stand a nice looking sled with rusty studs
