Studding the track on my nytro

Ok, so I am going to stud the track on my nytro. I think from reading a little on here that I should be looking at going withh 144 up the middle with a mix of double backers and singles, right?. also if I do that how many double backers will i need to order, oh and it is a 121" track. if you have any suggestions on any other patterns i should run please post them up.

If you go with 144 you'll need 48 single and 48 double's.Heres a woody pattern.
