super tips x weights with engagement notch

anyone using these weights?thinking of putting them in my turbo sled.how much does the engagement notch help with rpm

I dont know exactly with these weights but if it helps at all the old arctic cat weights would raise engagement 500rpm, notched vs unnotched.
