I felt compelled to try if incorrect orientation of shoulder is possible on my spare clutch and yes it can happen. I could not be in peace to see anyone get hurt over improper installation.

Well just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in on these 2-speeds, I did the K&N's and 2-speeds avec black spring. Gotta admit these didn't really live up to my expectations in fact they totally blew them way! This thing pulls like a roped Bramha!! Have to do a full day on this set up then add the PCIII to see the diff. but I could tell already I'm gonna have to track up a touch, maybe 1.5" Intense.
Madness I tell you!! Thanks Badsled! I know Turk is lookin down grinning everytime we pull the trigger on these kind of set ups. WICKED!!

Thank you for the great pics. It is important that anyone else considering this set up is aware that this can happen. Like I said, I must have flipped it up when I pulled it together and being excited to ride it I didn't take the time to make sure everything was good. My very big mistake. I didn't think it was possible either until I figured it out. I will update as soon as I can get back up north and install it again. Making sure everything is properly in place before I start the motor. I am thankful that it stayed together. Just waiting on snow now!

canoehead that is great to hear. I am looking into getting the 2 speeds and do the 14.5mm rollers at the same time. I will get the black spring too.
I have been told the ideal setup is 1 or 2 washers in the heel and that's it. Is that what you are running? I have the exact same sled as you minus the K&N and exhaust...I'm all stock.

I garantee you won't be dissapointed. I just got word from Badsled that I might want to run my stock rollers. He figures he got better pull from the 15"s which he was running unknowingly lol ( which to me is gonna be like putting out fire with gasoline.) But first I'm going to check this out for a couple of runs, secondly try my PCIII mapped by Ulmer and possibly in between there put the 15''s rollers in. I can honestly say I've never felt this sled pull so hard yet!! It's picks or paddles. The set up is 2 in the heel and the rest open. So far so good, and too easy to pull a washer to try more rpm's. Canoehead, I am curious as to what engagement rpm's are you seeing with the 14.5 rollers?

Engagement was low still, around 3400-3600, but man this thing launches.

Stock to Turks. Wasn't too interested in some of the cookie cutter set ups.
