Have been using full syn 80-90 for quite some time now with no issues on all past sleds, but wondering if it is the best to use on this?

Amsoil makes a oil just for snowmobile chain cases. Thats all I have ever used and have never had any issues. Now as far are being better IDK its just what i have always used.

Klotz black slim with Teflon AKA - Klotz chain case fluid. Every sled I owned.
I never liked the Klotz because i could never tell if it was "dirty" because it 's black oil, but the black may help be seen through the window. Maybe i'll add some for color...

Gotcha! I understand that.. Flash light works good also..

Use to use Mobil 1 syn gear lube, but for the past so many years I have tried the cheaper priced Advance Auto syn gear lube, and yeah it is 75-90 weight and is also pink/ red color.

Waste a lot because I am always changing gears, but with this one I hope to leave it alone for atleast this year so maybe spend the extra for one of the mentioned brands.

Thanks for the responses, full syn it is!!
