Hi, have an 04 RX Warrior and love it. Agressive rider, 12,000 kms, I'm at Ottawa Canada. I was upgrading my sway bar to 13mm and noticed the left side sway bar mount point cracked. If I gently rock the sled, crack opens so needed to fix. I checked with a friend, professional welder and he could do it with Tigg, but said I'd have to remove ALL plastics. So not going that route quite yet. The point that is broken is the small cylinder where the sway bar exits the belly pan, holds the bushing. .... Looking for opinions, if I ride without a sway bar, should I go to 2.3 or higher straight rate springs? Anyone else have this problem...how did you fix it? Thanks for any comments, I appreciate you guys have incredible experience with these sleds and have helped me lots in the past.

Thanks 04Warrior guess welding is only way. How was the riding without swaybar? Wondered if I upgraded springs from 2.1 to 2.3 kg/mm it would compensate for no swaybar.Mine broke sounds like same place got mine 04 warrior welded by competent alluminium welder held up well till I sold the sled took most of sled front end on that side rubber boot and anything else that was in the way and could melt took out ecm just in case big job would hold off till end of season rode with no swaybar had no issues just didn't ride hard not a season ender hope this helps my question to the same issue is in here somewere GOOD LUCK

cant remember specifically wasn't a hard rider back then been about five years cant say much for springs might just be able to turn up spring preload not a major night and day difference to me just want to keep broken part from wearing out more
