Swaybar XTX ??

I am wondering if anyone has disconected the swaybar to do some powder riding? And if so can you just unbolt the one side. Also does any company make a quick disconect for the Nytro like the summit's have?

The one performance category where I'm totally pleased with the XTX is in the fluff. It works very well in stock form considering it's a 144 x 1-1/4. I wouldn't waste a moment disconnecting the sway bar.

It does do well as far as flotation but it is rather difficult to pull over on its side with out completely tipping over, I am 6'6 so its even more dificult, I feel that if the swaybar was disconected it would have more roll and easier to carve.

I am 6'3" and have no issues pulling the sled over. This is my first year really sledding and I find the Nytro so easy to control in the fluff. You get your weight right and it just goes with little input. I do have a harder time on the left then the right though.

I pulled my out, I ride mostly mountains/off trail. It does handle better, and is easier to ride in those type of conditions with out the bar.

Well you may be right, the only deep snow I have had it in was early LES and there was no base under it, probly 3ft of exrtemly fluffy light snow. The ski was pretty much on the frozen ground. Heading to the UP first weekend in Feb. so I will try again with hopefully better results.
