t25 DSM turbo the same as a gt2554?

I've been doing some research since I think my turbo might be shot and I was looking for an inexpensive way of replacing it, the first thing I thought of was the DSM 2g turbo since I knew it was a Garrett and a T25, I looked at the specs on them and they seem almost identical, the following webiste lists both

the only difference I see is on the inducer on the compressor wheel which is 0.01mm larger on the T25, I'd have to get one in my hands to see if they can share the same turbing/compressor housing but maybe this could be a cheap replacement turbo for the guys who don't want to upgrade their blown ones

One difference betwwen the two the t25 is a journel bearing turbo nad the gt 25 is ball bearing. the other difference is the the gt 25 uses a t-3 flange and the t 25 uses a round mitsu flange exhaust manifold.
