Looking for a link to a tried and true light for the back of my XTX, so I can free up the top of the tunnel.
Also, does anyone know of a factory way to extend the light wires? Not sure where the wire connects up at the engine end of the sled, maybe I can replace it with an MTX cable for the extra length? That way I can keep my stock set up in case Id like to go back...
Thanks!

This requires no splicing, cutting or drilling and use factory light. Just a little hackish, but I am ok with that.

- 2012 Nytro xtx, oft relocate, oilite bushings, comfort clutch, tunnel block, tailight relocate, cr10EK plugs, copper donuts, tuner skis, Grizz Tracks gusset kit. Excell x wheels. Mo-Flow console vent and curved vents.
I relocated my stock light to the rear of the tunnel. I didnt need any extra wires or splices. You do have to re-route the wires though. I had mine go through the tunnel under my seat. I riveted some small sections of aluminum square tube underneath the tunnel to carry the wires to the back of the tunnel.

Yep x2. No splicing factory harness is long enough if you re route under the tunnel like mentioned above. I used a piece of black garden hose and zip tied it to the tunnel protectors and then drilled a hole behind the mounting location for the wire to come througg for the tailight

I routed mine through the channel in the running board.

This is a light I got, it's made for a trailer I found it online at a trailer supply website, used the stock plug and just spliced this light into it. Rerouted the wire into the square hole where the rtx light cover would be and used a PVC like tube to run the wire under the tunnel
