I Bought an HID headlight kit a year ago it only one of the 2 lights worked. Seller offered no return only a partial refund. I lot of good that would be like I want to drive around with one headlight but I had no real choice but to agree since that was all he would offer. Seller then stalled and made excuses about sending the refund and continued to do so for over a year! I have tried many many times to resolve this issue. Now I send him messages which he reads but never responds to. This guy is a thief selling broken parts. BEWARE!
