Temperature gauge install?

Hey guys,
This was originally in the MTX section but I thought it was better placed here.

I will be installing an engine temp gauge on my Nytro MTX.
Should I be buying an electric or mechanical type gauge and where is the best place to hook her up?

Check out Ulmers site, I put one on my S.E. a week ago. Nice product, also has a clock. I mounted mine just above the fuel cap. It fits nicely and is well protected there. It's electronic buy the way.

I have one brand new that I will sell for $100. Its ullmers.
I had to cancel my Nytro order, so I have no need for this temp gauge.
